Nothing like Grandma

Here are a few shots of some cute cousins with their Grannie!  You might recognize Finn and his brother Athens from a post this summer . . . they brought along their cousins this time a for a fun shoot.

My Formal Side

I had the pleasure of taking some headshots for my friend David who is a new realestate agent and for a company in Coolsprings.

Georgia on My Mind

I took a short vacation to Savannah with my family a week ago and had a blast.  It was good to get away and experience the beautiful, haunted, historic town of Savannah.  It is by far the most beautiful scenic city I have seen.  We watched Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil on the way down and it’s a good thing too.  The entire city and tours are made up of stories and memorabilia about the book and movie.  For all who are familiar with the story- we stayed right next to Lady Chablis’s famous “club” that she worked at.  I kept hoping I would see her walking around town but we weren’t that fortunate.  Apparently she still makes appearances at Club One once a month.  The food was outstanding!  We went to Mrs. Wilkes (which is better than Paula Deans), Belford’s, Sixpence Pub (from the movie Look Who’s Talking with Julia Roberts), and B. Mathews (incredible!) just to name a few.  Here are a few photos I took around the town.

My beautiful sister!

Chad and I at the Sixpence Pub- I loved this telephone booth!

Too Cute for Words

Jackson and I got to hang out a little bit a couple of Saturdays ago.  It was very hot and Jackson was so good . . . He didn’t cry once.  We had a great time and I cant wait to take photos of him and his mom this fall when it gets a little cooler.  Jason and Crystal you have the sweetest baby.  He’s too cute!  Thanks for letting me be apart of your family’s life.

A glimpse of Tiffany and Zach

Here are a few photos from Tiffany and Zach Church’s wedding that I shot almost 2 weeks ago.  I am still working on them but was so excited that I wanted to go ahead and post some.  More to come.

Introducing Mr. and Mrs. Dave Myers

Sweet and in love . . . that’s Holly and Dave. I had a great time getting to know the both of them a few weeks ago. Dave and Holly were both super relaxed, excited, and welcomed me in with open arms. Man . . . Dave has some spunk! =) I enjoyed every minute of their special day and especially seeing the two interact with each other. That’s what it is all about. Thank you guys for being so open and inviting.

One Beautiful Couple inside and out. . .

I had the pleasure of taking photos of one of my good friends and her new husband the other day.  We don’t get to see each other alot and i jumped at the opportunity to take photos of them.  Chelsea and Ryan are so beautiful inside and out.  It was so fun to work with them and get to know Ryan even better.  I had a blast.  Thanks again for taking me out for Mexican after wards.  Lets do it again soon.  Here are a few of my favorites.

The Fosters

I had a blast with the Fosters the other day. Pastor David and his lovely wife Paula were so fun. They are pastors at the church The Gathering. They were so easy to work with and kept me laughing. Here are a few head shots and couple shots that were needed for their website and brochures. Thanks for being such an inspiring couple.

Finn and His New Baby Brother

I went over to Mr. Finn’s house on Saturday to take some photos of him and his beautiful new “baby brother.” Both were so good. Last time I saw Finn was last fall when I took his family photos. He is such a big boy now and so intuitive. He loved my camera and wanted to know what everything did . . . looks like it might be a photographer in the making. Here are a few photos for the announcement. Felicia thanks so much for letting me be apart of your family’s life. Your children are precious.

3 crazy cute kids.

I had a great time getting to know my friend better along with her 2 nieces and nephew last week. These kids had so much spunk and personality. It was about 95 degrees outside and not one time did they complain about the heat. I followed them around and got some really adorable candid shots. The group shots were a little tougher because of the ages 2, 4, and 6- but I managed to get a few good ones of all three and of my friend and the three kids. That was the biggest obstacle- but we all overcame it and won! Big thanks to mom for bringing the kids out for the evening. Melissa- thanks so much for letting me capture your family. Hope you enjoy them.
